Dr. Granillo is an experienced public health emergency preparedness leader and integrated behavioral health care executive. Her interests include cross-functional strategic planning to improve decision-making, minimize risk and vulnerabilities, and provide innovative solutions for growth and ethical outcomes. Dr. Granillo is a skilled evaluator, and she has extensive experience working with Native American communities. She is trained as a Master Exercise Practitioner through the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Emergency Management Institute, and holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health Management.
