Ngan Pham is a computing sciences researcher at the University of Arizona's College of Public Health, where she designs and prototypes applications for interactive training and performance assessment. With a background in design system and user-centered approach, she has co-designed an app aiding small mine operators in MSHA compliance reporting and co-produced professional card games addressing mining health and safety topics. She previously served as a user experience assistant at the University Libraries, where she developed UI prototypes for web products, conducted user research, and performed usability tests. Ms. Pham holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science.
