Bill earned his Bachelors of Science from Brigham Young University, and later his Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.  Over the last 21 years, he has developed and managed the Occupational Health Department at the Campbell County Memorial Hospital, which includes Corporate Wellness, Industrial Rehab/Work Hardening, and Employee Safety.  In 2009, he started managing the Walk-in/Occupational Medicine Clinic, which sees 32,000 patient visits per year, as well as the Wright Clinic (Rural) which sees 5,800 patient visits per year.  Bill and CCH collaborated with 13 local coal mines to complete Functional Job descriptions, analysis, and testing, which is now being used by over 40 companies.  He performs mobile wellness testing for 10,000 employees and spouses per year, which includes a custom built hearing trailer for audiometric testing.  In his spare time, Bill is actively involved in coaching youth sports.
